You will be surprised to know that the Paschimottanasana has been practiced for several thousand years to increase the concentration for the students in India. 4.Adhomukhasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose)
In this posture, you are in a pose that is similar to the dog that is stretching his body. It deeply stretches your shoulders, hands, calves, and spine along with building strength in your arms, legs, and shoulders. Regular practice of this asana is a surefire remedy for migraines.
5. Makarasana (Crocodile Pose)
Makarasana posture is one of the easiest asanas in which the eyes are closed by lying on the abdomen and placing the chin in your palms. The inhalation and exhalation of the breath are performed at a fixed rhythm. This asana calms both the body and the mind.
