Everybody feels stressed and this not only affects people’s personal life but also impact their productivity at the workplace as well. There is a mind-body connection due to which Stress ultimately leads to many mental as well as physical illnesses. The only way to combat stress is to become aware of it and learn different ways to deal with it.
In our workshop, we make the participants check the level of their stress, become aware of the reason behind their stress, its constituents and then we make sure that they do all the activities which will help them to have a clear and calm mind such as Yoga, meditation, pranayama, light exercises etc. The workshop helps them to understand the causes behind the onset of their stress and anxiety and teaches how to deal with them.
